When completed, the Koine Immersion Series will contain twelve primary volumes as well as numerous companion readers, texts, and workbooks. The contents of the twelve primary volumes are as follows.<\/p>

Level One<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Volume 1: Welcome to Koine Greek.<\/em> In volume one, students learn letters, diphthongs, numbers 1-20, common greetings, and proper nouns.<\/p>\n\n

Volume 2: Substantives in Action. <\/em>In volume two, students learn the forms and functions of nominative and accusative substantives, articles, and pronouns, and are introduced to verbs and present active verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 200 or more times in the NT as well as parts of the body.<\/p>\n\n

Volume 3: Going with It. <\/em>In volume three, students learn the forms and functions of genitive and dative substantives, articles, and pronouns, and present middle and passive verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 142 or more times in the NT as well as animals and colors.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Level Two<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Volume 4: From Yesterday to Tomorrow. <\/em>In volume four, students learn prepositions and prepositional phrases, and the forms and functions of future active and middle indicative verbs and aorist active and middle indicative verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 105 times or more in the NT as well as words dealing with time, seasons, and weather.<\/p>\n\n

Volume 5: They Were Going to the Market<\/em>. In volume five, students learn pronouns, the forms and functions of imperfect verbs, and the passive forms of future and aorist verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 85 times or more in the NT as well as words describing food and the marketplace.<\/p>\n\n

Volume 6: And the House has been Built. <\/em>In volume six, students learn conjunctions, and the forms and functions of perfect and pluperfect verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 70 or more times in the NT as well as words describing buildings, structures, and rooms.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Level Three<\/strong><\/p>

Volume 7: Quickly, Maybe. <\/em>In volume seven, students learn adverbs, other various particles, and the forms and functions of subjunctive verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 58 or more times in the NT as well as words describing relationships.<\/p>

Volume 8: Do This, Then That. <\/em>In volume eight, students learn pronouns, and the forms and functions of imperative verbs. Vocabulary items include words occurring 48 or more times in the NT as well as words describing the military and warfare.<\/p>

Volume 9: May it Never Be!<\/em> In volume nine, students learn about various types of clauses, and the forms and functions of optative verbs. Vocabulary items includes words occurring 42 or more times in the NT as well as words describing furniture and tools.<\/p>
